Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern use of vecility.com and, in general terms, contracting the Vecility service. Each agency's specific conditions (plan, scope and pricing) are set out in its proposal and service agreement, which prevails over this summary.

1. Who we are

Vecility is a product built by Deploytive. U.S. sales and billing are processed through AZUL GROUP LLC, a company registered in the state of Florida.

2. Use of this site

You may read, quote and share the content on this site with attribution. Bulk or automated copying for republication as your own is not permitted, nor is using the Vecility brand in a way that suggests a commercial relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

3. The service

Vecility is software as a service (SaaS) for courier and package forwarding agencies: automatic mailbox, pre-alerts and tracking, warehouse receiving, consolidation and master manifest, invoicing, portal and app under the agency's brand, an AI assistant and role management. The current scope is the one described on the pricing page and in each agency's proposal.

4. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as the agency chooses; annual payment applies the published discount. We do not charge per user or per operation within the contracted plan. Onboarding is billed once at the start and can be financed. Published prices may change; active agencies are notified with reasonable advance notice before their next renewal.

5. Sign-up, term and cancellation

We do not require a minimum term beyond the billed period. An agency may cancel effective at the end of its current cycle; amounts already invoiced for that cycle are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. On cancellation, we provide the agency with an export of its operational data in a commonly used format.

6. White label and ownership

The agency retains ownership of its brand, its data and its customer base. Vecility and Deploytive retain ownership of the software, its code and its documentation. The usage license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid while the service is active.

7. Agency obligations

The agency is responsible for regulatory compliance of its own activity — transport licensing, customs, taxes and the protection of its customers' data — and for how its team uses its credentials. The platform may not be used for unlawful operations or for shipments prohibited by applicable regulations.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service continuously available, with maintenance windows planned and announced where possible. Support is provided in Spanish and English through the agreed channels. Specific availability commitments, where they exist, are stated in each agency's service agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount invoiced to the agency in the three months preceding the triggering event, and does not cover indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Before going to any formal venue, we commit to trying to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith.
