Who is behind Vecility
Vecility is the management software for courier and package forwarding agencies working the Miami-to-Latin-America corridor. It is not a generic logistics platform bent into shape: the product grew out of the real operations of agencies on this corridor, and it keeps being built by listening to the people who run it every day.
Where it started
Vecility came out of a specific problem: courier agencies moving packages between Miami and Latin America on spreadsheets, chat threads and repeated manual work. The first version was built to solve that operation end to end — automatic mailbox, pre-alerts, warehouse, consolidation, master manifest and invoicing — and grew from there into the platform several agencies on the corridor run today.
Who builds it
Vecility is built by Deploytive, a Florida-based software studio specialized in custom product for logistics operations. Development, support and each agency's onboarding are handled by the same team: there is nobody standing between the people using the system and the people building it.
Product direction
Freddy Jiménez leads the product and personally walks new agencies through onboarding. He also writes most of the guides and analyses we publish in the resources section — written from real operations, not from marketing.
Entity and billing
U.S. sales and billing are processed through AZUL GROUP LLC, a company registered in the state of Florida. Every agency is invoiced under that entity, itemizing the contracted plan and the onboarding fee where it applies.
Where we are
We operate out of Hialeah, Florida, in the Miami metro area — the origin point of the corridor our agencies serve. Support is provided in Spanish and English.
