Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle information on vecility.com and, where it applies, in the platform our client agencies use. It is written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to freddy@vecility.com.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Vecility, a product built by Deploytive, operating from Hialeah, Florida (United States). U.S. sales and billing are processed through AZUL GROUP LLC. You can reach us at freddy@vecility.com.
2. What we collect on this site
This is an informational website: there is no user registration, no cart and no payment gateway. We collect (a) aggregated, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 — page views, traffic source, device type, approximate country — and (b) whatever you voluntarily send us when you write on WhatsApp or by email, which is only what you choose to include in your message.
3. Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which content is useful. It sets first-party measurement cookies and loads lazily, after the page has finished rendering. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or sell data to third parties. You can block these cookies from your browser settings or with an extension, and the site will still work.
4. What we use it for
To answer your sales and support questions, to prepare a demo tailored to your operation when you ask for one, and to improve the site's content and performance. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not build advertising profiles.
5. Data inside the platform
When an agency contracts Vecility, the information about its end customers (names, addresses, packages, invoices) belongs to that agency: we act as a service provider processing it on their behalf, following their instructions and the signed service agreement. We do not use an agency's end-customer data for our own purposes, nor share it with other agencies.
6. Who it is shared with
Only with the providers needed to operate: infrastructure hosting, analytics measurement and, where applicable, payment processing through AZUL GROUP LLC. Each one accesses only what its function requires. We may also disclose information if legally required by a competent authority.
7. How long we keep it
Sales conversations are kept while a relationship or a legitimate follow-up interest exists. Analytics data is kept according to the retention configured in Google Analytics. An agency's operational data is kept while the service is active and for the retention period agreed after termination.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to certain processing. Write to freddy@vecility.com and we will respond. If you are an end customer of an agency using Vecility, contact that agency first — they control that information.
9. Minors
The service is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the date above and publish the new version at this same address.
